Help & Contact
We're here to help you use Janemoney and resolve issues with your account, connected services, or financial information.
If you need help using Jane, have a question about information processed through a connected account, or want to raise a privacy or security concern, you can contact our support team.
1. Contact support
Email: abhishek@janemoney.in
Website: https://janemoney.in
Please describe your issue clearly so we can understand what happened and help you with the next steps.
Do not include your password, one-time password (OTP), complete authentication credentials, or access tokens in your support email. Avoid sending complete bank statements, tax documents, or other sensitive financial information unless it is specifically necessary and we have provided an appropriate way to share it securely.
2. Help with your Janemoney account
Contact us if you need help with:
- Creating or accessing your account.
- Using Jane's personal finance features.
- Understanding an AI-generated response or financial analysis.
- Uploading or analysing a financial document.
- Connecting or disconnecting a supported service.
- Reporting an unexpected error or incorrect result.
- Understanding how your information is handled.
When reporting a technical issue, include a short description of the problem, the feature involved, and any relevant error message. Please omit sensitive financial details unless they are necessary to investigate the issue.
3. Google and Gmail connection issues
If you have connected Google or Gmail to Janemoney and are experiencing an issue, contact us with a description of the problem.
You may contact us about:
- Problems authorising your Google account.
- Gmail access that is not working as expected.
- Financial information that appears to be missing or incorrectly extracted.
- Disconnecting your Google account.
- Questions about the information Janemoney receives from Google.
You can revoke Janemoney's Google access through the relevant Google account permissions. Revoking access stops future access through that authorisation once it takes effect. It does not necessarily delete information that Janemoney has already received or stored.
For information about our handling of Google user data, read our Google Data Use Disclosure.
4. Privacy questions and data requests
You can contact us if you want to understand how Janemoney collects, uses, stores, or shares your personal information.
Use abhishek@janemoney.in to:
- Ask a question about our Privacy Policy.
- Request access to information, correction, or another applicable privacy right.
- Ask how information from a connected service is processed.
- Raise a concern about personal data handling.
- Request deletion of your account or associated personal information.
We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before acting on a request. Requests are handled according to applicable law and our operational procedures.
Read our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page for more information.
5. Account deletion
If you no longer want to use Janemoney, you can request account deletion by messaging Jane on WhatsApp saying “delete my data”, or by emailing abhishek@janemoney.in with the WhatsApp number you used. We will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
If you email, please state that you want to delete your Janemoney account. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request.
Deleting your account and disconnecting an integration are different actions. Disconnecting a service does not automatically delete information already stored by Janemoney. Some records may also be retained where required by law or may remain temporarily in backups or logs under the applicable retention process.
For details, read our Data Deletion page.
6. Security concerns
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, discover a possible security vulnerability, or believe your information has been exposed, contact us at abhishek@janemoney.in.
Please explain the concern and include the minimum information needed for us to investigate. Do not send passwords, OTPs, authentication tokens, or full financial documents in an initial report.
7. Complaints and grievances
If you have a complaint about Janemoney, its services, or the handling of your information, email abhishek@janemoney.in with the subject line “Complaint”.
Please include a brief description of your concern and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the complaint and respond in accordance with applicable law and our procedures.
