Steps to cancel standing instructions on an ICICI Bank card
- Check your Mandate ID in the SI registration or pre-debit notification (SMS or e-mail) to determine which portal to access.
- Log into the SI Hub portal or Mandate HQ portal by entering your Debit Card or Credit Card number.
- Alternatively, in ICICI Bank Internet Banking, navigate to Payments & Transfer -> My Transactions -> Scheduled Transactions -> Shopping mall Transactions.
- Click on the delete option to disable the scheduled payments and discontinue the Standing Instruction.
