How to cancel Swiggy One subscription and autopay

To cancel your Swiggy One membership, go to Account, select Swiggy One, tap Manage Membership, and choose Cancel Membership. If you set up UPI AutoPay or subscribed through an app store, cancel the mandate or renewal directly in those settings.

Steps to cancel Swiggy One

  1. Open the Swiggy app and tap the 'Account' icon in the bottom right corner.
  2. Select the 'Swiggy One' option from the list.
  3. On the Swiggy One page, scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on 'Manage Membership'.
  4. Tap 'Cancel Membership' or 'Turn Off Auto-Renewal' and confirm your choice.

Before you cancel

  • Refunds: Refunds are rare and not guaranteed. If billed via app or website, you can request a refund through Help & Support chat in the app; if billed via Google or Apple, request a refund directly from the respective app store.
  • If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you cannot cancel within the Swiggy app and must cancel directly in the App Store or Play Store settings.
  • Cancelling only turns off auto-renewal; membership benefits remain accessible until the current billing period expires.

Paid through UPI AutoPay? Cancel the mandate too

Cancelling Swiggy One ends the membership. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, the mandate that lets Swiggy One debit your account is separate, and it lives in the UPI app you approved it in. Open that app’s AutoPay list and cancel the Swiggy One mandate as well.

Can I get a refund if I cancel Swiggy One?

Refunds are rare and not guaranteed. If billed directly, request one through Help & Support chat in the Swiggy app. If billed via Google or Apple, request the refund directly through that app store.

Will I lose my Swiggy One benefits immediately after cancelling?

No. Cancelling only turns off auto-renewal. Your membership benefits stay active until your current billing period ends.

How do I stop UPI AutoPay for Swiggy One?

Cancelling the membership and removing the mandate can be separate steps. Go into your UPI app or bank app, locate the Swiggy mandate under AutoPay settings, and revoke it directly.

Why can I not cancel Swiggy One inside the app?

You cannot cancel inside the Swiggy app if you subscribed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Open your App Store or Play Store account settings and cancel the subscription there.

Does deleting the Swiggy app or account stop the charges?

No. Deleting the app or account does not stop an active billing mandate. Turn off auto-renewal under Manage Membership and cancel any standing mandate in your UPI app or app store first.
